Granola

Dry ingredients:

- A cup of rolled oats

- 1/2 cup of Almonds

- 1/4 cup of walnuts

- 2 tablespoons of Chia seeds and Hemp

- 2 Tbsp Flax .

- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon.

- 2 spoons of 100% cocoa powder

- 1 handful dried cranberries (optional).

Moist ingredients:

- 1/2 cup peanut or almond butter.

- 2 egg whites

- 1 spoon of coconut oil

- 1 tsp vanilla

- 1/4 cup Stevia.

Preparation:

1. Mix all the dry ingredients and set aside .

2. Slow cook peanut butter with egg whites + water + stevia + coconut oil and vanilla. Be careful it should be creamy (Don’t let the egg solidifies) .

3. Mix all the ingredients to make a kind of mass and expand in a baking dish with a touch of coconut oil (to prevent sticking)

4. Place it in the oven at 350C for 15 minutes!
