Grilled Salmon recipe @gortonsseafood

This is my way of eating.
1-hand writting Salmon @gortonsseafood - Love the taste and the fact that is #WildCaught. I added some rosemary and #TrustGortons.
2-hand writting Quinoa made with red peppers, organic corn and egg- I add the vegetables I want while I cook the quinoa and lastly the egg.
3-hand writting Grilled asparagus - You can cook at high temperatures but short in time. No more than 2 minutes on high temperatures to avoid losing nutrients especially carotenoids, vitamin C , vitamin B6 , folic acid and antioxidants.
