SMOOTHIE BOWL

Ingredients:
– Half cup frozen blueberries and raspberries
– 1 banana
– 1 cup non-fat Greek Yogurt.
– 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.
– Toppings: Banana, sliced almonds, coconut and blueberries

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in the blender.
Decorate with your toppings: coconut, blueberries, almonds and chia seeds.

Recommendations:
In case you are looking to lose weight, the ideal amount would be a cup of 200ml. Also limit the most caloric fruits such as bananas, grapes, figs, papaya and instead fruits rich in antioxidants and low in calories such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, pineapple and watermelon.
You can add stevia for a sweeter taste.
I recommend it as a post workout snack for those who perform a high intensity physical activity.
