Avocado Toast with Hemp

A Great vegan recipe for breakfast, as a snack or if you simply want to lower your animal protein intake.

Ingredients:
– 1 Whole grain toast.
– 1/2 Avocado.
– 1 spoon of Hemp Seeds.
– Sea Salt and Pepper
– Olive oil (

Instructions:

1. Toast the Bread
2. Cut the avocado in half, removing the pit and smash with a fork to spread it all over the toast.
3. Top with hemp seeds, sprinkle of salt and pepper.
